Welcome to Andrea Lauren Elegant Interiors, LLC, doing business as Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors (“Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and our interior design services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Services

Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors provides luxury interior design services, which may include consultations, design concepts, space planning, sourcing, styling, project coordination, and related creative services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Obtain any required permits, approvals, or permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing

Delays, cost increases, or project disruptions caused by incomplete information, delayed responses, or lack of access are the responsibility of the client.

3. Fees, Payments, and Expenses

Fees, retainers, and payment schedules are outlined in the client’s individual agreement

Payments are due as stated and are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing

Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused work, delayed timelines, or termination of Services

Clients are responsible for reimbursing approved expenses, including furnishings, materials, shipping, installation, and third-party services

4. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors

Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, artisans, or suppliers. We do not control and are not responsible for their performance, pricing, timelines, workmanship, warranties, or delays.

All agreements with third-party vendors are entered into directly between the client and the vendor.

5. Design Concepts and Revisions

Design concepts are subjective and based on professional judgment, client input, and project constraints. Reasonable revisions may be included as outlined in your agreement.

Additional revisions, scope changes, or redesigns may result in additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, renderings, plans, documents, mood boards, website content, and marketing materials created by Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Photography and Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use images for portfolio, website, social media, editorial, and promotional purposes.

Client confidentiality and reasonable privacy requests will be honored when submitted in writing.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

Copy, scrape, or misuse website content

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website content at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, timelines, product availability, or results.

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, all express and implied warranties are disclaimed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, delays, supply chain issues, or vendor-related failures.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andrea Lauren Elegant Interiors, LLC (DBA Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors) from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable laws.

12. Mediation and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation in the State of Florida.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to take place in Florida. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

13. Force Majeure

Andrea Lauren Luxury Interiors shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, fires, floods, pandemics, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, governmental actions, or vendor failures.

Project timelines may be reasonably extended due to such events.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that interferes with our ability to provide Services professionally.

All outstanding fees and expenses remain due upon termination.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
